You’ll have to go after market.  Sony and Kenwood both have have offerings. I think Clarion and Eclipse have also had some sort of players.  JVC had a CD/MD deck and Alpine has a deck that has at least CD and MD (it may also have tape, but the memory is failing at the moment).
